Very well written and something I can say I’ve experienced myself here in the US.

As far as political ideology goes, I’ve managed to piss off both sides. When the vaccine was first imagined, many prominent Democrats were against it because of Trump’s involvement. Therefore my Republican friends denounced me.

When the vaccine was implemented during the Biden administration and all the Democrats had a miraculous transformation and became vaccine fanatics I was denounced by my Democrat friends.

Virtually all of my circle (except for my wife and kids) took the vaccines. There was high pressure to get the vaccine that no amount of logic or facts could overcome.

Once it was obvious that I wasn’t going to take it and that no amount of pressure was going to work, the excommunication began. Not outward and obvious, but subtle and under the radar. Painful nonetheless.

Now I live with truly knowing the people I thought I knew.

Weird.

My story in some ways mirrors yours. As a retired professor of American government and political theory, I tend to think things over for awhile rather than act as soon as possible. My age group lined up like eager soldiers when the vaccine arrived here in Fort Worth, Tx. They could not believe my hesitation. Most of my friends were also liberal thinking individuals along with myself, but many factors didn't add up to me

Since that time, I have attempted to open their eyes with all kinds of evidence and each time, they say things like..........you just aren't following the "science." It is unbelievable. In fact, I am not interested in their company anymore. They are robots so entwined with phrases from medica and Frankenstein Fauci, there is nothing more to say.

One example: Two people - one friend here and one family ,member in Colorado both had blood clots in their lungs a month after their second booster.....they were treated for a few months with blood thinners and the condition resolved. At the same time, neither of them connected it to the Pfizer vaccine which they both had. I finally mentioned the possibility and they acted as though I had crossed the line, saying things like you are an anti vaxxer and believe in conspiracy theories. What???

If they had taken the time to do some research..... a lot of research............and not swallowed the narrative right off, I would hope their eyes would have opened. Instead, they obviously prefer others to do their own thinking.

Brilliant. Hard to see the forrest when you keep running into trees. I was an RN for 50+ years. Many in my family came to me for advice and info. Now I am an idiot (unvaxxed) and estranged from most of what I called family. I don't expect to live long enough to see this all sorted out. Pax vobiscum

Un vaccinated here, lost employment. I was used to the discrimination already, thanks to my experiences as a Trump supporter. Now that I’ve said that does your image of me change to knuckle-dragging moron? I refuse to mock or shame the vaxxed, or I am no better than they were to me.

Interesting and unbelievable in 2023. I might test it out myself this weekend.

Living in rural America, we only faced annoying mask mandates. When I traveled through Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana, in the height of Covid-steria, the choice to wear a mask was a personal decision. Some of my family vaxxed and some did not. One daughter did, and the other did not. My husband vaxxed for work, and then he had adverse reactions so bad that he had to retire early. I would say over half my vaxxed friends and family have suffered from adverse reactions, minor to debilitating. I am watching the 50-somethings who vaxxed have many health issues that they did not have prior to getting the vax. My oldest friend has worked in hospice for almost thirty years. She has never seen anything like this prior to the jabs.... Super fast onset of dementia followed by death soon after, cancers with no time for treatment before death, brain cancers that lead to a quick death, onset of neurological disorders, exacerbations of immune disorders, and people unable to clear infections. My friends, family, and social circle are a mixed bag of ideologies. I cannot even say it is a "left" or "right" issue. The deciding factor seems to be where you place your trust. My thrity-something daughter, for example, spouts off continuously about how bad corporations, politicians, the government, and the rich are, but she was all in for the jabs! My other daughter researched the companies and the science, just as I did, and we both decided not to take the vax. I was unable to convince my RN husband. He was a Vietnam objector, and objector of subsequent wars, so he knows the government isn't looking out for you! Yet he was all in until he had the debilitating reaction to the jabs. He only took two. Life is interesting, right?

What is a biological robot? A biological robot is a biological entity that has been taught what to think rather than how to think. The school system is a perfect example: memorization and testing plus rewards and punishments. We have all been programed, yet some of us are waking up. Godspeed!

Agree 100 percent. As a left leaning American ( with a doctorate degree) my family said no thanks to the “ vax”. We were shunned, experienced job loss and outright verbally attacked etc by “ vaxxed people”. It is unbelievable. People I know who were vaxxed have had covid multiple times. Sadly, I know too many people who received the vax who died suddenly of stroke or heart attack and young pregnant mothers who had miscarriages or premature births. Many vaxxed people wished us ill yet we didn’t wish ill on them. Discrimination is wrong and this is discrimination!

Thank you for sharing your experience--I believe personal stories are an excellent way to try to open minds--I say”try” as it seems very hard to get anyone to question the vax religion.

I have distanced myself from jabbed friends. This thanksgiving is the first time since the start of the scamdemic, that I have accepted an invitation by jabbed people. I have already been to the house of one of them an old and dear friend, several times. But one I have avoided because of name calling. See if that one accepts the invitation too. At first I hesitated because the jabs seem to shed, but all these people have had their last shot 6+ months ago, and the air is full of chemtrails so what the heck, we must die one way or another!

Thanks for an interesting article.

I too am unvaccinated and experienced a small amount of bias and unpleasantness - I found it was better to shut up, especially at the start of the vaccination programme when everyone was saying 'Have you had your jabs yet?' You certainly discovered who your real friends are! When things started to open up here, I went away with a group of friends to a hostel and one woman was incensed that I was sleeping in the same bunk room as her. She didn't say this to my face, but was complaining to others. As I'd had the virus early on, I was probably safer than anyone in the room.

There is a world group for unvaccinated people to join - www.controlgroup.coop They have had an article published - I think it's in the BMJ - which looks at all the factors behind their decisions. Every month you can submit your medical data to keep it updated on the site. There's no other control group now as they vaccinated them all!

There are still letters going out in the UK from the NHS inviting certain groups of people for their flu and Covid-19 booster. I opted out on the website and I'm still receiving them. There's nothing about informed consent or safety - in fact, they say the 'vaccines' are 'safe and effective'! No mention of checking with one's GP either; recently there was a report - peer-reviewed or at least a pre-print - about how the vaccines seem to be causing auto-immune conditions such as Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have RA which I've sorted with no drugs and natural supplements; my GP has suggested that Covid-19 'vaccine' is contraindicated for me. Many people will go out and just get the jab because of these irresponsible letters, without knowing if they have a condition for which it is contraindicated and so will possibly end up with big health problems.

Excellent article. After reading this, I can't help but wonder:

> Is flagrant prejudice always based on profound ignorance?

I see people still wearing masks while walking outdoors with no one near them. A vet was wearing a mask because, as she explained, "I have a new baby." No vets use to wear masks before unless doing surgery. A woman walking her dog wore a mask. Masks are still required for entry into tge lobby of a building of medical offices. The plastic planners still separate the cashier from the customer at t h e Petsmart near me. I have a feeling that we will see some people continue wearing a mask from now on for their lives when they're in certain buildings.

Excellent article about the experiences of those of us in the Control Group! Heart attacks and strokes today, cancers tomorrow. TurboCancer is what resulted in our learning about fenbendazole. Close relative, with no breast tissue from 2009 masectomy, developed metastatic breast cancer “everywhere” in late 2021 after two moderna covid shots. Lung, bone, kidney, pancreas. At 83, she refused all treatment and went home to hospice care. Nothing to lose so she took fenbendazole (222 mg per day)...available from pet store or amazon. Cancer gone in 4 months, she felt and looked better in 1 month! Read her Case Report at https://fenbendazole.substack.com

No side effects! We don’t have to die from most solid tumor cancers any more! Fenben is cheap, OTC, side effect free antiparasitic medicine that cures...cures! cancer. It will change your life to know that you can not worry about cancer. Read the Substack, all the science and supporting findings are there. Not selling a thing, not even subscriptions. This is a pay-it-forward effort to help others eradicate their cancers.

The media is the virus. The propaganda has been particularly effective on “intelligent” individuals but not so much on the genuinely clever or the those on the other side of the spectrum - those used to being exploited and lied to.

Great article, mirrors my experience on the other side of the world. I wrote about this in my substack a while ago (it’s the only article there - I don’t get much time to write!) I considered myself apolitical but ‘left-leaning’ prior to all of this - but have found that many of my more “progressive” views came from either a place of naivety, or from a libertarian viewpoint of “live and let live” rather than left wing ideology.

I’ve been thinking about writing something on forgiveness, but I’m still trying to organize my thoughts on that topic... What are you doing with the friends who reject or judge you?
