Just to let you know, your article „Good German“ will be handed to my 2 well educated sons in early forties, after my death. Despite all the information I have provided them as the covid theatre began, both of them with their spouses got the two shots. But there are plenty of RCTs done by people early on who had no vested interest in pleasing Bill Gates & Co. that showed positive results with HCQ, IVM, etc. "Discrediting" these early treatment, off patent drugs was essential to fast-tracking approval of the novel mRNA vaccines through an EUA which never could have happened had an effective treatment been recognized.
If you are looking for early treatment protocol the Front Line Critical Covid Care Alliance (USA) also has a website where they list successful early treatment protocols for covid - both for at home and for doctors treating in hospital settings. Sounds like they have a very similar lineup to Dr. Cadegiani. There are also many doctors now offering tele-med services to help getting early treatment meds to patients.

What was the cocktail of cheap off-patent drugs?
I don't know exatly. But it is probably the ones he studied: IVM, nitazoxanide, antiadrogens and vitamins.
